Where are the classes held ?
Our sessions are held in the Ottawa Medical Group building at 4289 Innes, Orléans, ON K1E 0A8. In the offices of the OMG obstetricians on the 2nd Floor.
We look forward to welcoming you in our beautiful and warm location.
Who is welcome ?
Registration fee includes accommodations for mothers to be and one support person.
What can I expect ?
Expect a 2.5-hour session, where we'll guide both you and your support person through the entire labor and birthing process. This includes addressing common pre-birth questions and preparing you for the first 24 hours as a new family.
We will explore various non-pharmacological and hospital-based pain management options. Our seasoned nurses will also provide hands-on techniques, incorporating insights from massage therapists, yoga teachers, and midwives, ensuring a comprehensive and practical learning experience.
When should I plan my session ?
Any time between 25 and 35 weeks gestation is ideal, however any one is welcome at any point in their pregnancy.
